If you want to learn more about the baby signs I mentioned in this video, check out this book. Our son didn't start talking until he was almost 2 but he knew over 40 signs and that made all our lives so much richer and easier that we recommend this book to all our new parent friends.

Also, if you are thinking about buying a baby carrier for yourself or a friend, the Ergo was my hands down favorite. I tried about 4 but started using the Ergo when Clayton was 10 months old. We used it until he was 3 and then handed it down. Great comfort and outstanding quality. It is an awesome product.
