Can't Remember....

I listened to this cassette every night while going to sleep. It was a tape with various lullabies on it including Sleep My Babe (sung by a female) and All the Pretty Little Horses (sung by a male I remember I never really liked this song the singers voice scared me). I don't know the name of this particular song, the singer or remember any of the lyrics besides the one phrase I remember most "the taste of a tear". The singer was female, had an Asian accent possibly, was a soprano also. I was six or seven so it was in '96 or '97. Help please.
