I don't know the title, or the first words.

My grandmother used to always sing a lullaby to me. She told me that her mother had sang that song to her when she was a child. I only know one part of the song, and that is the end. It goes,

"would you ever?"

That is all that I remember. I've searched and tried to find it. It'd be great if some one could help me find the rest of the lyrics / title. My grandmother is gone, and this would be a great way to remember her.
