Background Notes
As I Go is part of a ritual that my son and I have developed to help us when we need to be apart. I envision wrapping him in golden light as I sing and it comforts us both to know that we are surrounded by angels while he is at school or with a sitter. I also often use it in the evening as I leave him to sleep.
