rock a bye rock a bye oh baby oh?

by Naomi Jane
(Canada)

Looking for a cassette I used to listen to as a child. was born in the early 90's so is probably from that time. Cover was yellow and purple with a mother and child on front (I think?). A song I remember went "rock a bye rock a bye oh baby oh"
Looking for an info. Name of singer (it was a female), or name of cassette?

Still rocking after all these years
by: Jane

My daughter and I were just reminiscing over the phone about how she rememberd listening to a CD night after night on her own tape player and she started to actually sing the words to her favorite song. She commented on wishing she had it for her own 1 yr old baby girl, and when we googled and found all of your comments it was like old home week. Thank you for finding it and sharing the title. I am downloading it from iTunes as I type. My grandbaby will certainly have this to add to her collection soon!

YEAH!!!!
by: Foysrus

I learned a lullaby for each of my children off of this cassette (at the time). Now I'm expecting my first gandchild. She must have her own Lullaby too. I have been looking for this collection!!!! I am so excited. Weston's lullaby was Mallory's song and Lauren's was Lullaby and Goodnight. :)

Thank you for that comment. I have looked everywhere for that CD. I played it for my son, and wanted a copy for my grand-kids one day.

I used to play this cassette for my daughter also born in the early 90's. A friend lent it to me. Now my son is having a child and i would love to find this song again! It was beautiful.
