tick tock on the wall says its time to go to bed

All I can remember is the first line and "tick tock on the wall says lay down your sleepy head". I had gotten a lullaby cd for my son, who is now 15, and it never failed to help him go to sleep. My cousin is having problems getting her 6 month old son to go to sleep and I told her about this song. Problem is I cant remember the name of the cd or song. Help please.
