I too love the whole album. I first heard it years ago. I do not have children of my own, but this was my first choice when babysitting my friend's children.
At 70 years I just remembered this wonderful music and I am thrilled to have found it online again, it makes me feel ageless and timeless.
In addition, my rather timid Manx kitty just loves Wings and curls her paws around her nose, stretches her whole body and relaxes into a contented sleep... smiling, I swear.....

I've been sung the whole album since I can remember, I'm 20 years old now and about to start a huge chapter in my life. When I have bad days, I can still hear my mom singing this lullaby to me. This album has gotten me through so much in my life and it's created a bond between my mom and I, that will never be broken. I can't wait to share the album with my children one day, it changes lives, it really does.

Honest to God, this song that I sang to my daughter who was very tiny when she was born made all the difference. I rocked her to the lullaby tape endlessly. She's excelled at everything, black belt,cheerleader, star in her Sr. year musical and just graduated cum laude with dual degrees and honors from Northwestern University...Not just the music, but it created an incredible bond that can't be challenged, an amazing woman was born with some credit to this tape.

The greatest gift a mom can give her son is his wings. It seems just like yesterday I would sing this song to our son. He is now 18 and off to college this week. My how time passes. I have enjoyed this song also with our soon to be 14yr old daughter who will be off and flying very soon.

My daughter went night night to this, and now sings it to her baby (she's 25). We had to switch from cassette to CD! Every song on those 4 CD's was beautifully orchestrated. And my daughter and her husband are classical musicians!!

This was our favorite lullaby cd as well. My kids are 17 and 20. They still sing these songs. Very special memories. It's called "A Child's Gift of Lullabyes". You can find it on Amazon.

This was my daughter's favorite lullaby as a baby and she is graduating High School. We want to give her a recording because ours wore out. Any suggestions on a compilation? I don't remember what ours was called?
